Buying from us

How payment, refunds and cancellations work in every EHM Studio product, unless a product’s own page says otherwise.

Paying
You pay by card through Stripe, for a pack of credits or a monthly subscription. Each product shows its prices before you pay. Some purchases are sold through Link: the checkout page says so, and your receipt comes from Link.
What you get
Credits or a subscription you can use in the product right away. Nothing is shipped.
Refunds

Not happy with a purchase? Email us within 30 days of paying for a refund, as set out in the refund terms.

Refund terms

Cancelling

Cancel a subscription any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If it was sold through Link, you can also cancel it at link.com.

Cancellation terms

A charge you don’t recognize
Charges from our products show our name on your card statement, after LINK.COM* if the purchase was sold through Link. Email support@ehm-studio.com with the date and amount, and we’ll tell you what it was or refund it.
