Refunds, cancellations and disputes

These terms apply to purchases in every EHM Studio app, unless an app’s own refund page says otherwise.

Refunds

If you’re not happy with a purchase, email support@ehm-studio.com within 30 days of paying and we’ll refund it, unless the request is clearly abuse of this policy. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page in the app. It stops renewing, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. If your subscription was sold through Link, you can also cancel it at link.com. Credit packs don’t renew, so there’s nothing to cancel.

Disputes

If something looks wrong with a charge, please email support@ehm-studio.com before disputing it with your bank. We’ll fix it or refund it.
